Basic education is the foundation project of national education, and high school education is the key link that accompanies. Improving the quality of high school education is both a major national need and a livelihood project of common concern to ordinary people. The National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) has strategically placed emphasis on the reform and development of senior secondary education. The national senior high schools are also actively responding to the country’s policies and calls for a series of experiments in reform and innovation. From country to place and from policy to practice, there is an urgent need for professional theories, methods and techniques in the reform of senior secondary education.
