JLX水基防塌润滑剂是一种环境可接受的非离子型水基钻井液处理剂,实验室考察了这种防塌润滑剂在粘土颗粒表面上的吸附特性。实验从吸附速度、吸附等温线形状、无机盐种类及氯化钾加量的变化对吸附量的影响等方面,获得了一些规律性的认识,如动态平衡的吸附时间为2h,JLX的吸附量随无机盐加量的增加而增加,吸附等温线形状基本符合Langmuir等温吸附,JLX在水溶液中与KCl复配有利于前者的吸附等。这些认识为进一步研究JLX水基防塌润滑剂的作用机理奠定了基础。
