目的探讨超声检查在肾结核诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法本文回顾分析了沈阳市胸科医院2008-03-2011-03间门诊及住院已明确诊断肾结核患者70例的声像图特征。结果超声检查根据肾结构的变化将肾结核分为四型:扩张回声型10例,混合回声型15例,无回声型37例,强回声型4例。无明显病灶4例。结论超声检查不仅能诊断及鉴别诊断肾结核,同时根据病变不同时期声像图特点,给临床治疗提供重要指导价值。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal tuberculosis. Methods This paper retrospectively analyzed the ultrasonographic features of 70 cases of renal tuberculosis in outpatients and inpatients of Shenyang Chest Hospital between March 2008 and March 2011. Results According to the changes of renal structure, renal tuberculosis was divided into four types: 10 cases of echogenic expansion, 15 cases of mixed echogenicity, 37 cases of non-echogenic and 4 cases of echogenic. No obvious lesions in 4 cases. Conclusion Ultrasonography can not only diagnose and differentiate renal tuberculosis, but also provide important guidance value for clinical treatment according to the characteristics of sonogram in different stages of the lesion.
