以“数字地球”为代表的高新技术的高速发展,为3S技术等信息技术的发展奠定了坚实基础。我国在满足“数字化城市”建设的技术需求的同时,为提高动态环境下的治安管理效率,逐渐将3S技术作为开展公安工作的信息技术支撑。3S技术以其信息集成高效、传输快速、更新及时、分析准确等特点,为刑事侦查工作提供了强有力的技术帮助。本文对3S技术自身的构架,和其在刑事侦查工作中的犯罪分析、定位追踪、安全防范和综合指挥四个方面的应用研究进展进行综述,指出当前制约3S技术应用于刑事侦查工作中的发展瓶颈,并对今后的发展提出建议。
The rapid development of high-tech represented by “Digital Earth” has laid a solid foundation for the development of information technology such as 3S technology. While meeting the technical requirements for the construction of “digital city”, China has gradually adopted 3S technology as the information technology support for public security work in order to improve the efficiency of public security management under dynamic environment. 3S technology for its highly efficient information integration, transmission speed, updated timely, accurate analysis of the characteristics of the criminal investigation provided a powerful technical assistance. This article summarizes the 3S technology’s own architecture and its application research progress in criminal investigation, location tracking, security precaution and integrated command in criminal investigation work. It points out that the current 3S technology is applied in the development of criminal investigation Bottleneck, and make suggestions for the future development.
