大庆油田有限责任公司是中国石油天然气股份有限公司的全资子公司,2000年1月1日正式注册成立,注册资本475亿元,资产总额858亿元,共有员工90436人,是一个以油气勘探开发为主、国家控股的特大型资源采掘企业。所开发的大庆油田是我国目前最大的油田,也是世界上为数不多的特大型砂岩油田之一,由萨尔图、杏树岗、喇嘛甸、朝阳沟等48个规模不等的油气田组成,南北长138千米,东西宽73千米,含油气面积约5000平方公里,勘探面积17万平方公里。自1960年投入开发建设,截止2002年,连续实现年产原油5000万吨以上27年高产稳产;累计生产原油17.26亿吨,天然气776.12
Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PetroChina Company Limited. It was formally incorporated on January 1, 2000 with a registered capital of 47.5 billion yuan and total assets of 85.8 billion yuan. It has a total staff of 90,436 and is an oil and gas exploration and exploration Development-based, state-controlled large-scale resource extraction companies.
