法律文化表现在诸多方面,盛传于百姓之口的古语生动地表现了我国法律文化。“不杀不足以平民愤”不仅反映出民众对死刑的普遍认同态度,同时也体现出民意对刑事司法中死刑适用的影响以及死刑的安抚功能。
In many aspects, the legal and cultural manifestations argue that the ancient saying of common people vividly shows our legal culture. “Do not kill less than civilians ” not only reflects the people’s general acceptance of the death penalty, but also reflects the influence of public opinion on the application of death penalty in criminal justice and the comfort of death penalty.
