针对温室耕作,既能旋耕又能高精度平整的要求,设计一种既能旋耕又能进行高精度平整的光、机、电一体化的自动化成套设备,采用蓄电池作为动力来源。在试验中出现了旋平组件升降及斜置旋耕刀的现象,为了分析这种现象对旋平效果的影响,对旋平组件进行了运动分析,并由分析结果对相关部件进行改进。试验结果表明,该旋平机既能旋耕又能高精度平整棚地,并使旋平精度保证在±1 cm。
Aiming at the requirements of greenhouse cultivation, both rotary and high-precision formation, an automatic complete set of equipment integrating light, electricity and electricity, which can both rotate the furrow and make high-precision leveling, is designed. In order to analyze the influence of this phenomenon on the leveling effect, the rotating components were analyzed and the related components were improved by the analysis results. The test results show that the machine can not only rotate the tillage, but also form the trenches with high precision, and ensure the screwing accuracy is ± 1 cm.
