自从国家提出自主创新战略以来,作为自主创新的主要角色,全国高新技术企业对自主创新的认识越来越深刻。然而,目前企业自主创新能力仍比较低,中国的企业总体创新能力还亟待提高。正如国家知识产权局局长田力普所言:“企业自主创新能力决定着国家的核心竞争力,当前很多企业的致命弱点就是缺乏技术创新和知名品牌等软实力。”
Since the country put forward the strategy of independent innovation, as the main role of independent innovation, the awareness of independent innovation of high-tech enterprises across the country has become more and more profound. However, at present, the capability of independent innovation of enterprises is still relatively low, and the overall innovation capability of enterprises in China still needs to be improved urgently. As State Intellectual Property Office Tian Lipu said: “The ability of independent innovation determines the country’s core competitiveness, the current fatal weakness of many enterprises is the lack of technological innovation and well-known brands and other soft power.”
