心缩间期(Systolic time inter-vals,简称STI)测定是以左心室射血功能为主要观察对象的无创性检查,具有方法简便、安全、灵敏、可反复测定的优点,适用于评定左心室功能,诊断冠心病与研究药物作用开始、程度、时限、剂量与效应关系、协同药和拮抗药的相互作用的药理参数等,在国内外已有许多报道,但是,动物心缩间期测定的报道见得不多。本文利用同步记录心电图、心音图和颈动脉图测定家兔正常心缩间期各时相的变化,并观察其与体重、性别的关系,为研究药物作用、分析作用机制、评定药物疗效等提供参考数值。
