目的探讨强化SOD刺梨汁对砷中毒大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法对140只健康断乳Wistar大鼠的临床资料进行统计分析。结果砷100mg/kg组大鼠CD3~+、CD4~+细胞阳性率及CD4~+/CD8~+均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),C4含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而强化SOD刺梨汁干预组大鼠CD3~+、CD4~+细胞阳性率及CD4~+/CD8~+均又均显著高于砷100mg/kg组大鼠(P<0.05),C4含量又显著低于砷100mg/kg组大鼠(P<0.05)。结论强化SOD刺梨汁能够显著提升砷中毒大鼠免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of fortified SOD Cili juice on immune function in arsenic poisoning rats. Methods The clinical data of 140 healthy weanling Wistar rats were statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of CD3 ~ + and CD4 ~ + cells and the level of CD4 ~ + / CD8 + in arsenic 100 mg / kg group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.05), and the C4 contents were significantly higher than those in the normal control group 0.05). However, the positive rates of CD3 +, CD4 + cells and CD4 + / CD8 + of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the arsenic 100 mg / kg group (P <0.05) C4 content was significantly lower than arsenic 100mg / kg group rats (P <0.05). Conclusion Enhancing SOD Cili juice can significantly enhance the immune function of arsenic poisoning rats.
