与选用第一分卷相比，选用第二分卷经常会省钱。本文给出了选用第二分卷的指导原则。这对于目前我国在国家标准GB150─89《钢制压力容器》与现行的国家行业标准JB4732—95《钢制压力容器──分析设计标准》这两个标准（分别与ASME压力容器规范的第一分卷和第二分卷相对应）中，如何合理地选择其一，具有一定的参考价值。因为我国的分析设计标准（JB4732）才刚刚颁布实施。所以该文仍具有重要的现实意义。
Compared with the first sub-volume selection, the second sub-volume selection often save money. This article gives the guidelines for selecting the second sub-volume. This is currently our country in the national standard GB150 ─ 89 “steel pressure vessel” and the current national industry standard JB4732-95 “steel pressure vessel ─ ─ analysis of design standards,” these two standards (respectively and ASME pressure vessel code first Sub-volume and the second sub-volume corresponding), how to choose a reasonable, with a certain reference value. Because China’s analysis of design standards (JB4732) has just been promulgated. So the article still has important practical significance.
