高科技产业生态是国际上产业发展的新潮流,林业不是一个狭窄的产业,而是一个产业群。从产业生态的角度看,林业本身是一个巨大的产业平台。要提升中国林业产业的竞争力,就必须提升林业企业的整体素质,充分重视林业科技、技术推广和林业教育在林业产业发展中的作用,提高科技对林业产业的贡献率,构筑良性运作的林业产业生态系统,并在产业生态的各环节、各层次上提升附加值的能力。规划并建立林业高科技园区对于提升中国林业产业的竞争力是很关键的。
