一、基本情况 二河东堤为Ⅰ级堤防,武墩以南段长15.3km,现状堤顶宽6.4～9.0m,堤顶高程17.7～18.5m,迎水面边坡1:3,背水坡分为三级,顶高以下3m边坡1:3,下接1:5坡至高程11.0m戗台,戗台宽约10m,外坡1:3至地面,地面高程9.0m左右,该段采用人力填筑,质量较差。1978年大旱时,堤身多处沉陷,并产生纵横向裂缝。为此,水利、交通等部门先后多次对大堤进行了粘土充填灌浆。 1980年汛期人工抢做后戗,但基本上没有碾压。
