户式中央空调是介于中央空调系统和家用空调设备(如窗式空调器、分体式空调器等)之间的一种供暖空调方式。对于高级住宅、别墅、小型高档办公场所,安装中央空调系统显得笨拙,不易调节,还需要专业人员维护,必然造成人力物力的浪费,并且中央空调系统即使只有一家使用,空调主机也要开机运行,费用又需共同承担,极不合理;使用家用空调器又会影响建筑整体美感,并且使用舒适性也不很满意。户式中央空调施工简单,无需专业人员维护,占用空间较小,所以成为该类场所供暖空调的最佳选择。
