职业学校的学生的学习压力小,没有升学任务,大部分学生思想上根本不重视学习。困此,作为职业学校的班主任必须做到:制定量化管理方案,加强学员的日常管理;加强学员的思想教育,激发学生的自尊自强意识,树立“我能行”的观念;抓好班级干部建设,形成互相监督,层层监督的班级管理局面;重点关注特殊生,以点带面带动班级管理;加强与学员的沟通,及时掌握每一位学员的思想动态。
Students in vocational schools have little learning pressure and do not have any further education tasks. Most students do not pay much attention to their thinking.
