对直接为设计和生产服务的烧结试验来说,主要是要求试验提供的数据的准确性,因此在这方面,就全国来说,如果有比较统一而先进的试验设备和试验方法,肯定是有经济效益的。而且各厂矿院所之间的技术交流也将得到加强。烧结球团情报同和包钢钢研所一起在1986年8月21~26日对一套烧结试验室设备进行鉴定的同时,在会议上请到会代表们共同讨论和提出了一个关于铁矿粉烧结试验方法的材料。这个试验方法,作为一个参考方法推荐给各单位,请大家研究提出意见,也可以试用,或部份试用。在以后有较多的单位建成了比较完整的合理的试验设备,和积累了比较丰富的试验经验以后,再报请标准所,邀请若干单位,组成制订“铁矿粉烧结试验方法”(专业标准级)的起草小组,来完成“铁矿粉烧结试验方法”的制订。
