近年来,国内黑社会性质组织犯罪活动呈现出:组织体系日趋严密,活动更为猖獗,“黑白”合流现象日趋严重,国际化趋势日渐明显,有非法政治图谋等特征。在趋势上则表现为:部分基层政权黑社会化倾向严重,黑社会势力开始向更高级政权渗透;涉黑犯罪团伙成员低龄化趋势明显;黑社会犯罪手法对一些其他类型犯罪组织的影响正日趋加深。因此,今后一段时间,依然是黑社会恶势力的高发期和危险期,“打黑除恶”斗争任重道远。

Therefore, for some time to come, there will still be a period of high incidence and danger of the evil forces in the triad society. The struggle to “crack down on evil and eliminate evil” is still a long way to go.
