航空航天部航空理化检测认证评审委员会(以下简称评委会)于1990年元月8日在北京成立。参加会议的有上级机关和部有关司局的领导及评委会全体委员共48人。会议由评委会主任、部科技司朱伯贤副司长主持并作了重要讲话。评委会副主任、部材料技术处刘才穆处长介绍了评委会的组建情况。评委会挂靠单位621研究所杨春澍所长到会祝贺并作了重要讲话。
Aerospace Physics and Chemistry Testing and accreditation Accreditation Board (hereinafter referred to as the jury) was established in Beijing on January 8, 1990. A total of 48 people, including leaders of higher authorities and ministries and departments and all members of the jury, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the Director of the Jury, Deputy Director Zhu Bo-xin of the Department of Science and Technology and made an important speech. Deputy Director of the Jury, Department of Materials Technology Division Mr. Liu Carameu introduced the establishment of the jury. The director of Chunghsiao Institute 621, affiliated to the jury, attended the congratulation and made an important speech.
