为达到长期、有效地增加牙槽嵴的高度的目的,一期采用致密多晶羟基磷灰石(hydroxlaplatite HA)植入增高、加宽牙槽嵴,二期手术采用中厚游离皮片移植加深前庭沟。本组病例共7例。按 Block SM 对 HA 植入放射线曲面断层片定点测量的评定方法,牙槽嵴平均增高8mm~10mm。随访3a,无明显吸收。HA 植入配合中厚游离皮片移植,可增高牙槽嵴的有效高度,为义齿修复奠定基础。
