本文旨在对小学教师体罚行为进行调查并探讨与职业倦怠的关系。使用《职业倦怠问卷》中文修订版以及含有体罚条目的掩蔽问卷《学校行风评议工作教师调查表》,对来自湖南各地区共计220名的教师进行调查。结果显示:第一,小学教师存在较高水平的低成就感,情感衰竭程度亦偏高。第二,教师收入影响职业倦怠。第三,小学教师中还是普遍存在体罚或变相体罚。结论:小学教师已存在较为明显的职业倦怠问题,体罚行为是普遍存在的,且方式方法多样,同时教师的职业倦怠一定程度上影响着教师的体罚行为。
This article aims to investigate and probe the relationship between primary school teachers’ corporal punishment and job burnout. A total of 220 teachers from different regions of Hunan Province were investigated using the Chinese version of the Burnout Questionnaire, as well as a Masked Questionnaire, a Teacher’s Questionnaire on School Ethos. The results show that: first, primary school teachers have a high level of low accomplishment and high emotional exhaustion. Second, teacher income affects job burnout. Thirdly, there is still widespread corporal punishment or disguised corporal punishment in primary school teachers. Conclusion: Primary school teachers already have obvious job burnout problems, corporal punishment behaviors are ubiquitous, and their ways and means are diverse. At the same time, teachers ’burnout affects teachers’ corporal punishment to a certain extent.
