目的:研究钙网蛋白(calreticulin,CRT)在成年小鼠睾丸组织中的表达及分布,探讨CRT在小鼠睾丸发育及其精子发生过程的功能。方法:运用免疫印迹法和免疫组织化学术,检测CRT在小鼠睾丸组织中的表达和分布。结果:免疫印记法证实CRT在成年小鼠睾丸高表达,同时免疫组织化学显示阳性信号主要集中在小鼠睾丸精原细胞和间质细胞。结论:CRT在小鼠睾丸中的定位提示其可能与精原细胞更新和分化以及雄激素分泌密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression and distribution of calreticulin (CRT) in the testes of adult mice and to explore the function of CRT in testicular development and spermatogenesis in mice. Methods: Immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression and distribution of CRT in mouse testes. Results: Western blotting confirmed that CRT was highly expressed in the testis of adult mice. Immunohistochemistry showed that the positive signals were mainly concentrated in mouse testicular spermatogonia and stromal cells. Conclusion: The localization of CRT in mouse testis suggests that it may be closely related to the regeneration and differentiation of spermatogonia and the secretion of androgen.
