[目的]研究干燥方法对蘼芜中藳本内酯含量的影响。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定不同干燥方法的蘼芜中藳本内酯的含量。[结果]藳本内酯在进样量0.019 97～0.199 70μg/ml与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.09%(n=9)。不同干燥方法对蘼芜中藳本内酯的含量有一定影响。[结论]蘼芜的干燥方式宜选用晒后烘干。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of drying method on the content of ligustilide in [Method] The contents of nerolidol in different drying methods were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. [Result] The ligustilide showed a good linear relationship (R = 0.999 9) with the peak area of 0.01997 ~ 0.199 70μg / ml. The average recovery was 100.2%. The RSD was 1.09% (n = 9). Different drying methods have some effects on the content of this lactone in the middle part of Xiewuzhong. [Conclusion] The drying method of Wuhu should be dried after drying.
