近年来,伴随着中国经济增长进入新常态,房地产市场调控在去行政化的背景下,重回市场化主导,住房需求随人口结构的变化呈现出新趋势,房地产行业整体进入去库存周期,全国各城市的分化、房地产行业的转型、企业的整合压力进一步加剧。现阶段,商业银行需要密切关注房地产市场变化给相关信贷业务带来的新风险。
