资金成本在企业的资金决策中起到非常重要的作用。筹资是企业获得发展的重要方式之一。企业选择合理的筹资方式,可以降低企业的资金开发成本,优化企业资金配置,因此在实行筹资决策时,如何配优化配置企业的资本结构是企业至关重要的问题。本文主要分析了影响筹资决策的各类因素,资金成本在企业决策中的应用现状,资金成本在企业筹资决策中的作用,最后,对如何运用资金成本,选择合理的筹资方式让企业获得长远发展的对策做了探讨。
Capital costs play a very important role in the company’s funding decisions. Fundraising is one of the important ways for companies to gain development. Enterprises choose a reasonable way to raise funds, can reduce the company’s capital development costs, optimize the allocation of funds for enterprises, so in the implementation of financing decisions, how to optimize the allocation of the company’s capital structure is a crucial issue for the company. This article mainly analyzes the various factors affecting fundraising decisions, the current status of the application of capital costs in corporate decision making, the role of capital costs in corporate financing decisions, and finally, how to use capital costs and choose reasonable financing methods to allow companies to achieve long-term development.
