推行母乳喂养,使大多数产妇哺乳期延长,在此期间因避孕不当而致妊娠者,行人流术时有一定的难度。本文对1998年9月~1999年9月在我院门诊施行的哺乳期早孕人流术87例,现报告如下:1 临床资料1．1 一般资料:87例中年龄24岁~31岁,其平均年龄26.9岁。经阴道分娩67例,剖宫产术20例,产后6个月内妊娠16例,7~13月内妊娠71例。再孕时月经恢复者80例,月经未恢
