法学是一门应用性社会科学,法学教育的生命力在于实践性。法学专业本科教育与司法实践脱节是长期困扰我国高校而一直未能很好的解决的一个难题。解决的方法是培养一只具有较强实践能力的师资队伍,重视日常教学与实践课的衔接,对模拟法庭、法律咨询、法律实习等实践课进行改革,使之经常化、规范化。
Law is an applied social science. The vitality of legal education lies in its practicality. The disjunction of undergraduate education and judicial practice in law major is a difficult problem that has long plagued our country’s colleges and universities and has not been solved well. The solution is to train a team of teachers with strong practical abilities, pay attention to the connection between daily teaching and practical courses, reform the practical courses such as moot court, legal consultation and legal practice so as to make them regular and standardized.
