教学反思在教学活动中的功能是联结教学活动的过去和未来,通过总结过去的经验和教训为后继的教学活动服务。“年年岁岁花相似,岁岁年年人不同。”一年一度的高考似乎是在重复,但实际上又是在不停地变化着,这就决定了我们既要吸取上一年的经验和教训,又要有所改进和创新。基于这个思路,本文在反思2012~2013年度高考复习的基础上,提出2014年高考复习建议。一、问题:一些教师仍按照过去的惯性去复习【一次对话】在某重点中学听课后,笔者与教研组教师进行交流。
