一、白金针菇特性白色金针菇属低温型品种,菌丝生长适温18—20℃,菇蕾形成适温l0℃左右,子实体生长适温5—8℃。发菌期比黄色金针菇长,出菇温度比黄色金针菇低。产量低于黄色金针菇。发菌不充分不易出菇。转潮时间比黄色金针菇略长。在较强光线下白色金针菇亦为白色。我省一般在10—11月下旬至翌年2月出菇。二、大棚栽培技术
