Hainan is China’s first ecological demonstration province, and establishing a civilized ecological village is the key to achieving the goal of Hainan’s ecological province. Since the Fourth Party Congress of Hainan Province put forward the goal of “building more than half of the province’s natural villages into a civilized ecological village in 5-8 years”, the project of creating a civilized ecological village was launched in full swing in the province. July 12 in Zhuozhou Prefecture held a civilized ecological village construction site experience exchange shows: a good ecological environment is Hainan unique advantages, but also the greatest cost of development in Hainan; and promote the construction of civilized and ecological
