本论文在阐述汽车维修行业的特点、作用,国外汽车维修行业的先进管理体制基础上,系统分析了我国汽车维修行业现状和问题,提出了相应的对策。挖掘出了维修人才缺乏才是目前国内维修行业的问题根源所在。从而得出必须加强维修人才的培养。并阐述了汽车运用与维修专业高职人才的培养及与社会需求之间的关系。
On the basis of expatiating on the characteristics and functions of the automobile maintenance industry and the advanced management system of the automobile maintenance industry in our country, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation and problems of the automobile maintenance industry in our country and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Digging out the lack of maintenance personnel is the root cause of the problem of the domestic maintenance industry. Thus we must strengthen the training of maintenance personnel. And expounds the relationship between the cultivation of higher vocational talents in automobile operation and maintenance and their social needs.
