中共中央政治局2月20日召开会议,讨论国务院拟提请第十一届全国人民代表大会第五次会议审议的《政府工作报告》稿。中共中央总书记胡锦涛主持会议。会议指出,过去的一年,我国经济继续朝着宏观调控预期方向发展,抗风险能力不断增强,呈现增长较快、价格趋稳、效益较好、民生改善的良好态势。我们巩固和扩大了应对国际金融危机冲击成果,实现了“十二五”时期良好开局。
The Politburo of the CPC Central Committee convened a meeting on February 20 to discuss the draft “government work report” that the State Council intends to submit for consideration at the Fifth Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress. CPC Central Committee General Secretary Hu Jintao presided over the meeting. The meeting pointed out: In the past year, the economy of our country continued to develop in the expected direction of macroeconomic regulation and control and its anti-risk capability continued to increase. The meeting showed a good momentum of rapid growth, price stabilization, better efficiency and improvement of people’s livelihood. We have consolidated and expanded the response to the global financial crisis and achieved a good start in the “12th Five-Year Plan” period.
