现代物流业发展程度是衡量一个国家现代化水平和综合国力的重要指标。国有大中型企业构建现代物流体系是转型升级和提升企业核心竞争力的重要手段。文章以广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司(简称柳钢)为例,通过分析柳钢发展现代物流的必要性和紧迫性,疏理柳钢发展物流的思路,探讨柳钢发展现代物流的实践,并提出柳钢发展现代物流的几点建议,对国有大中型企业发展现代物流具有一定的借鉴意义。
The development of modern logistics industry is a measure of a country’s modernization level and an important indicator of overall national strength. The construction of modern logistics system by large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises is an important means to upgrade and enhance their core competitiveness. Taking Guangxi Liuzhou Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group) as an example, through analyzing the necessity and urgency of Liu Gang’s development of modern logistics, the article analyzes Liuzhou Iron and Steel’s development logistics, discusses Liu Gang’s practice of developing modern logistics and puts forward Liu Gang several proposals to develop modern logistics, the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises have some reference for the development of modern logistics.
