对校企合作在人才培养方面的特点进行分析后,发现中职学校数控专业人才培养存在诸多问题。中职学校可以借鉴国外先进理念,创建拥有自己特色的校企合作、工学结合的课程体系。具体讲,必须彻底摒弃之前应试教育的影响和束缚,坚持以就业为导向构建中职课程体系的原则,实现理实一体化教学。
After analyzing the characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training, we find that there are many problems in the training of NC professionals in secondary vocational schools. Secondary vocational schools can learn from foreign advanced concepts, create their own characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination of curriculum. Specifically, we must completely abandon the influence and restraint of the previous exam-oriented education and adhere to the principle of employment-oriented construction of the curriculum system of secondary vocational education so as to realize the integration of realistic teaching.
