生麦制作法是指麦粒不经烧煮而制成的蘑菇菌种.此法制作简便,制成的菌种生活力强,不徒长,耐贮藏,技术掌握得当正品率可达95%以上。(一)配方设计:①小麦75%,腐熟干猪牛粪粉15%,石膏1.5%,石灰1.5~2.5%,草木灰1.5%,砻糠5%.②小麦75%,泥炭士粉15%,砻糠5%,石膏1.5%,草木灰1.5%,石灰1.5~2.5%。③大麦80%,泥炭土粉或腐熟干猪牛粪粉15%,石膏1.5%,石灰1.5~2.5%,草木灰1.5%.三种配方含水量均为40~46%,灭菌后pH6.8~7.2。
