作为高等教育的新类型,高职教育的改革与发展没有成功、成熟的先例可以遵循,而被定位为“发展的示范、改革的示范、管理的示范”的示范性高职院则更是需要依靠艰难的摸索才有可能获致成功。本文将经济学领域的“核心竞争力”这一概念引入高等职业教育研究领域,通过对示范性高职院校核心竞争力及其相关方面作出探讨,提出了提升示范性高职院核心竞争力的路径,为示范性高职院培育核心竞争力,更好地完成建设任务提供了方向性的指导。
