一、何为心灵智慧Spiritual Intelligence,意为心灵智慧或精神智慧;它对儿童青少年将会发生怎样的影响和作用呢?国外心理学家对此进行了深入的研究和探索.美国心理学家Dorothy Sisk教授认为,心灵智慧是运用多重感觉,以意识、沉思,想象力甚至本能来获取个体内部信息从而达到解决问题的心理能力.心灵智慧包括从意识本身的统一以至于意识到与自身、他人、社会、世界、宇宙间的完整的"联结".总之,心灵智慧是一种高度发展水平意义上的认知活动.
