根据政府在法治进程中所起的作用,可将法治分为自然演进型与政府推进型。从国情出发,我国宜选择政府推进型作为今后法治建设的目标模式。
According to the government’s role in the process of rule of law, the rule of law can be divided into a natural evolution and a government promotion. Starting from the national conditions, our country should choose the government promoting type as the target mode for the rule of law in the future.
