结节病是一种肉芽肿疾病或原因不明的综合征,大多数病变自发地或经治疗后消退,然而约10%病例终会成慢性肺纤维化,从而导致肺动脉高压和呼吸衰竭。一般认为结节病放射学变化和肺功能无密切的关系,有时胸片上只见可辨认的弥散小结节,但却能引起明显的肺功能损害,同样肉芽肿病变累及肺血管亦能引起上述变化,结节病的肺功能研究很多,但对肺循环的研究很少,本文对肺结节病各期病人静息和运动状态的肺部血液动力学变化进行了研究。
