如今网络化、信息化、数字化的高速发展使图书馆变得日新月异,人力资源建设在图书馆发展中起到的作用也愈来愈突出,将成为图书馆赖以生存并能够持续发展的主要因素之一。文章从高校图书馆人力资源建设的现状出发,结合信息时代高校图书馆的目标建设,探讨了构建高素质的图书馆信息服务队伍应采取的措施,进而提出了一系列当前高校图书馆人力资源建设的策略,以期为高校图书馆人力资源建设的提高提供依据。
