The level of serum β-glucuronidase activity can reflect the degree of damage to the tissue cells. After this group of experimental animals injected with endotoxin to cause shock, serum β-glucuronidase activity increased significantly, and with the prolonged shock time, the higher the increase in vitality. The activity of β-glucuronidase in the 654-2 (anisodamine)-treated group was increased by a small margin, suggesting that 654-2 has a significant anti-shock effect.
