患者女、34岁。因头痛、头昏,失眠一年余入院。血压15.99/9.33kPa,脉搏60次/min。双肺呼吸音正常。心音纯,节律规整。肝脾未触及,双下肢无水肿。心电图检查:窦性心律、正常心电图。脑电图正常。脑血流图正常。血清离子测定:钠、钾、氯、钙、镁均正常范围。诊断:神经衰弱。给于刺五加片,谷维素片口服。三磷酸腺苷(ATP)40mg、维生素C2.0加入糖300ml静滴,50滴/min。当药物输入100ml时,患者感到头昏、胸闷、呼吸困难,面色苍白,四肢发冷,脉搏细弱、血压测不到。即刻停止
Female patient, 34 years old. Due to a headache, dizziness, insomnia more than a year admitted to hospital. Blood pressure 15.99 / 9.33kPa, pulse 60 beats / min. Respiratory sounds of both lungs normal. Heart sound pure, regular rhythm. Liver and spleen not touched, no lower extremity edema. ECG: sinus rhythm, normal ECG. EEG normal. Cerebral blood flow is normal. Serum ion determination: sodium, potassium, chlorine, calcium and magnesium were normal range. Diagnosis: Neurasthenia. Give acanthopanax tablets, Orally Glucosamine tablets. Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) 40mg, vitamin C2.0 add sugar 300ml intravenous infusion, 50 drops / min. When the drug is administered in 100 ml, the patient feels dizzy, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, pale, cold extremities, weak pulse, undetectable blood pressure. Stop immediately
