2004年1月5日,正域地产与李颂熹集团在广州麓湖高尔夫乡村俱乐部会所西餐厅联合举行项目管理顾问签约仪式暨新闻发布会。随着简单而隆重的仪式过后,双方正式开启了CEPA后首次穗港有关房地产服务的全面合作。
January 5, 2004, Zheng domain real estate and Li Songxi Group in Guangzhou Luhu Golf and Country Club Club restaurant jointly held a project management consultant signing ceremony and press conference. Following the simple but solemn ceremony, the two sides officially opened the first full-scale cooperation on real estate services between Guangzhou and Hong Kong after CEPA.
