承包企业经营者(包括合伙承包、集体承包的法人代表)的经济收入分配,是目前引起社会对承包经营所关注的问题之一,也是企业承包责任制操作中的一个难点。能否恰当地选择经营者的收入分配形式,是能否科学合理地确定经营者的收入,完善以经营者收入分配为核心的企业激励机制的关键。对此,作以粗浅探讨。
