我们常说“打铁要靠自身硬”,意思非常明白,就是说企业党组织自身素质要高,要在企业有作为,即党务干部既要热爱党务工作,又要熟悉生产经营,成为这方面的内行;企业党员队伍在岗位上较出色,重、险、难之际能招之即来,来之能战,战之能胜。如果党组织自身素质不高,作为不大,实现其核心地位就比较困难。
