针对中小型水利工程存在的质量问题,考虑现实施工市场因素和项目经理的职能任务,提出了实施项目经理现场制定工程施工全过程的质量保证途径和措施。
Considering the quality problems existing in small and medium-sized hydraulic projects, considering the actual construction market factors and the project manager’s functions and tasks, this paper puts forward the implementation of project managers on-site development of quality assurance measures and measures throughout the construction process.
