快速测定及预报合金浇注前的成分、浇注后的金相组织及机械性能,是铸造工作者长期以来研究的重要课题之一。近年来,热分析测试方法,已被广泛用于预报灰铸铁、球铁、可锻铸铁、铝合金液化学成分、金相结构和机械性能。这是因为液态金属结晶过程的一些基本特征——液相温度、固相温度、结晶速度、过冷度、结晶潜热的释放速度等参数与组织、化学成分、性能间的定量关系越为人们所认识。因此,如何在现场条件下,快速、精确测得结晶过程的特征参数,已成为热分析测试方法的关键。
Rapid determination and prediction of alloy composition before pouring, after casting the microstructure and mechanical properties, casting workers has long been an important issue to study. In recent years, thermal analysis test methods have been widely used to predict gray cast iron, ductile iron, malleable iron, aluminum alloy liquid chemical composition, metallographic structure and mechanical properties. This is because the quantitative relationship between the parameters such as liquidus temperature, solidus temperature, crystallization rate, supercooling degree, and the release rate of latent heat of crystallization, and the chemical composition and properties of liquid metal are some basic characteristics understanding. Therefore, how to quickly and accurately measure the characteristic parameters of the crystallization process under field conditions has become the key of thermal analysis and testing methods.
