因世界各国越来越多的人存在睡眠障碍,睡眠问题引起了国际社会的重视。据世界卫生组织调查,全球27%的人有睡眠问题。2001年,国际精神卫生和神经科学基金会主办的全球睡眠和健康计划发起了一项全球性活动“世界睡眠日”,并将它定在每年的3月21日,以引起人们对睡眠问题的关注,让所有的人都远离睡眠问题的困扰,拥有良好的睡眠。2002年3月21日“世界睡眠日”后,中国参加了全球性的睡眠调查。2003年3月21日,中国睡眠研究会宣布把“世界睡眠日”正式引入中国。今年“世界睡眠日”在即,在此我们介绍一些睡眠相关知识,让大家更好的了解睡眠,共同拥有健康的睡眠。
As more and more people in all parts of the world have sleep disorders, the issue of sleep has drawn the attention of the international community.
