支原体是原核细胞型微生物,是一类缺乏细胞壁、呈高度多形性,能通过除菌滤器,在无生命的培养基中能生长繁殖的最小原核微生物,属于人体条件致病病原体,在人类生殖道诸多种支原体感染中为最常见的种类有解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh),并可导致精子形态与功能的异常,从而引起不育。为了临床能更加明确诊断和治疗精液支原体感染,我们对就诊的不育男性进行了回顾性统计分析。
