读一本肤浅武断的书,是对读书人的最大伤害。曾经听吴敬琏先生在中欧讲课时说过,要带着问题去看书,问题像个钩子,可以把书中的内容勾出来,否则读起来便是兴味索然。读书人对吴老的观点都会心有戚戚。在最近阅读的一本介绍美国私募基金发展历史的著作King of Capital(《资本之王》)中,我找到了很多以往一直关注、但对细节却知之甚少的兼并案例。这些案例和分析方法印证了我平时思考的问题,可以和课堂教学实
Reading a superficial and arbitrary book is the greatest harm to the scholar.
