物权法从立法倡议到提交全国人代会审议表决的14年间,关于这部法律的纷争此起彼伏,牵动着亿万人的神经。物权法的立法过程,是一次声势浩大的普法行动,更是一次物权思想深入人心的过程。中国人对财产权益的关注空前浓厚。这样一部“在中国特色社会主义法律体系中起支架作用的重要法律”,必将对中国社会产生广泛而深远的影响。
During the 14 years since the legislative proposal was submitted to the NPC for consideration and vote, disputes over this law came one after another, affecting the nerves of hundreds of millions of people. The legislative process of Real Right Law is a massive legal popularization act, which is a process of deep penetration of real right thinking. Chinese people are more concerned with property rights than ever before. Such an “important law that plays a supporting role in the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics” will surely have a profound and far-reaching impact on Chinese society.
